Dismountable studio table and benches
DESIGNED FOR ARMENIA MUSIC DUO KHOUM's BEIRUT RECORDING STUDIO
The table proportions are designed to maximize use of raw materials as available in the industrial market.
An exercise in efficiency engineering, its structure is built from a single 2x1m sheet of laser-cut steel and industry-standard hollow sections, leaving effectively no material waste.
The top can be built from various materials across a range of textures and colours, and grades of durability.
From hard-wood to blockboard, Solid Surface to lightweight Glass Foam-cored Reinforced Concrete, gun-metal to powder coating, the table can be personalised to suit any budget, space, and feel.
The 9 pieces of the table as well as both benches can be assembled or dismantled in minutes using only a wrench.
The benches tuck away neatly beneath the tabletop, joining seamlessly to serve as secondary table surface when not in use.
Independent of the table, the benches can be assembled at angles, aligned to extend one-another, or if using 4 can be arranged to form closed, square seating for both intro-and-extroverted group engagement.
Seats 10-12 persons comfortably
