VISIONS OF THE FUTURE
Designed in Beirut – handcrafted in Sabae, Japan.
CONSTRUCTION SO NICE,
IT’S PATENTED TWICE.
The frame accommodates a set of 8 interchangeable lenses. Brass clips grip the lens and attach to the frame with micro-screws.
Unlike with standard lenses in eyewear today, the design extends to the surface of the lens. The lens face is tooled to produce topographical variations in shape and texture. A matte, frosted, translucent finish emerges against the see through gloss of the lens, creating split levels and studied geometric shapes. The clips operate with the level differences in the lens to secure it to the frame, rendering its geometries as functional as they are aesthetic.
